Troop 173 is located in Harrisburg North Carolina and is sponsored by Harrisburg Presbyterian Church. 

We are located at the intersection of Hwy 49 and Robinson Church Rd across from the Bojangles. We meet every Tuesday in the fellowship hall from 7PM to 8:30PM.

We are a member of the Concord District and the Central NC Council.  The troop was originally chartered in 1981 and has been going strong now for 26 years.

Any boy from the 5th - 12 grades can join the troop.  All interested boys are encouraged to come to a Tuesday meeting to visit and see who we are and what we do.  There are currently 34 boys active in the troop.

The troop goes on monthy camping outings, takes 20-30 boys to summer camp every summer and is active in community service projects.
